About: Los Cristianos

Once an old fising village the roots of Los Cristianos go back hundreds of years and it boasts some of the best waters in the world for big game fish. Several boat companies offer big game fishing trips and it's not inconceivable to be catching such fish as Blue Marlin, an array of Sharks and Tuna. Much quieter and relaxed than its neighbour Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos is situated between two mountains in the south of Tenerife and is host to a variety of great shops offering everything from Clothing to Cameras and Perfume to Pearls with a large shopping centre complex at San Eugene. Los Cristianos offers an excellent choice of Pubs, Restaurants, Bars and Discos. Local activities include windsurfing, scuba diving, jet-skiing and most other water sports. Los Cristianos has lovely clean beaches and Crystal clear blue water and generally has plenty to offer both families and couples alike.
